Scroll to see through the bodywork, then watch the engine, drivetrain, suspension, brakes and headlamp assemble one part at a time.
Scroll to begin
Engine
The V12 engine.
A V12 sits behind the front axle, so its weight lives between the wheels rather than hanging over the nose. Scroll and it builds itself from the bottom up: sump, crankshaft, pistons into their bores, the block, the heads, the camshafts, and the covers last.
Drivetrain
A rear-mounted gearbox.
The gearbox lives at the rear axle, joined to the engine by a driveshaft down the spine of the car, which keeps the weight evenly split front to back. Scroll and it comes together: twin clutches onto the shaft, the gear sets into the casing, the differential, then the case closes.
Suspension
Double-wishbone suspension.
Double wishbones at every corner keep each tyre flat on the road while the spring and damper deal with the bump. Scroll and one corner bolts itself together: wishbones, damper and spring, hub, then the brake.
Brakes
Carbon-ceramic brakes.
Carbon-ceramic discs and six-piston calipers. Scroll and the stack assembles along the axle: hub, disc, pads, six pistons and the caliper that closes around them. The glow at the end shows the disc at working temperature.
Light
The headlamp.
Housing, heat sink, three projectors, one blade of light, a bezel and a lens. Scroll and the headlamp assembles itself, piece by piece, then switches on.
Air
Aerodynamics.
A long bonnet to part it, a low roof to guide it, a tail that lets go cleanly. In the tunnel a single stream of smoke traces the shape. Scroll and watch it run over the roof and peel off the tail.
Paint
Five paint finishes.
Five finishes, each layered and polished by hand. Choose one and a light will run the length of the car, to show the finish.
